STRATEGY & PLANNING Design and implement adaptive strategies to achieve medium- and long-term aspirations for change. Support clients to clearly articulate the impacts, changes, and results they are striving to achieve. ORGANIZATIONAL & CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT Assess and leverage organizational information, knowledge, and capacities to implement effective strategies and achieve better outcomes. Design engaging, non-traditional learning experiences to develop skills, know-how, and competencies.
