Co-Labtur

co-LABtur is a platform for co-creation, collaboration and exchange. Its purpose is to strengthen and relaunch emerging or mature destinations; and also to intervene in tourist areas that have suffered natural disasters, generating value propositions capable of driving tourists arrivals. How? The platform is grounded and powered by volunteers, who work with local stakeholders to identify imbalances and deficiencies, and then provide solutions capable of improving their touristic performance, value chain and at the same time empower the local community to ensure the continuity of the projects. The model of volunteers is based on the growing social and environmental awareness and the search to live experiences with purpose, that enrich them personally and professionally. Also, co-LABtur addresses the high barrier entry of research and tourism planning fields for students and young professionals.
