Co-Responsable

We believe that it is possible to respond to the challenges of society with innovative solutions that looks for Well-being of all. This implies activating our best potential through our capacities as Human Beings (listening, empathy, respect, compassion, trust, etc.), which will allow us to respond collectively (co-responsible) to current challenges. We design and hold spaces for Transformation Itineraries (Change labs, Workshops, Learning Circles, etc.). In this sense, We co-create trustful spaces for the transformation of people and organizations, carefully cultivated to allow the emergence of more authentic and human relationships (trust, empathy, respect, compassion, etc.); from that place, It is possible to create something radically different from our higher potential. Our approach is based on practices of Systemic Awareness Method, Conscious Leadership, Learning by doing to access to our higher potential from a place of Authenticity, which allows emerging solutions that impact to the common welfare.
