Most often, this is due to a lack of understanding of the “why” or just bad implementation. Either way, it leads to the conclusion that Agile practices do not work. Every team is different as different individuals make up a team and each of them bring in their own experiences. Each team requires specific fine-tuning that will help unlock their true potential.
