The objectives of our coaching, consultancy, training and seminars are to work out the complex and seemingly incompatible requirements of your personal and professional environment together and develop your strengths to effectively support you to achieve your professional and private goals. Born in the Netherlands, I did cultural studies with focus on anthropology, philosophy and literature. As coach and consultant I used to work around the globe. Accordingly, the experiences I include in my coachings, trainings and seminars are multicultural and intercultural. As a coach and trainer, I act in a very pragmatic, existentialist and holistic manner. The mental as well as external, physical approach is holistic and, as such, is at the focus of my consultations and trainings. In holistic thinking, attention is placed on the relation between the object in focus and the context in which it is situated. Holistic approaches are based on experiences rather than on abstract logic. I support you “with heart and soul, for your heart and soul” in all aspects of transformation and change, either in German, Dutch or English.
