Coachel provides Executive Business Coaching services. As a coach I help business owners and leaders achieve greater growth and higher profit on a sustainable basis. My clients look for support in 3 areas. Executive Coaching to support improved performance in role, Business Coaching to address key business issues, and Personal Productivity to maximise the value generated from their scarce time. My clients tell me it is the combination of these three services that generates great business results while reducing stress on the individual. In a previous role as CEO of a high growth business I looked for this support and could not find it. As a result, I promised myself I would provide it myself one day. In addition to a lifetime of learned experience including leading a management consulting practice within IBM and being director of Investment Banking at Citigroup, I have a PCEC in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.
