I am here to provide you with deep support based on my diverse experience in leadership, coaching and personal development. I started exploring the art of coaching while working as a Project Manager. I have supported colleagues to shape their careers and become more effective leaders. Over time, I decided to devote my efforts to professional coaching, obtaining solid certifications in coaching and personal development, including Associate Certified Coach from the ICF and a range of specialized diplomas in leadership, career, team and group coaching and personal development counselling. As a Professional Coach with experience in personal development and leadership, I work with leaders and individuals in the IT field to cultivate a high-performance and success-oriented mindset, while nurturing a harmonious blend between personal and professional life. I have worked with a wide variety of people from various industries and backgrounds, bringing a broad perspective and understanding of human complexity to my coaching.
