Coaching Focus develop great leaders in education; leaders that are the role models for the community around them. We believe that 'you can't be what you can't see' and if we want our students, parents and staff to be work well together, we need to be role model leaders from which they can design their best version of themselves. Coaching focus provides a suite of leadership programs centred around the framework that great leaders are clear, confident, consistent and considered. Our clients are within schools across Australia and New Zealand, senior and middle leaders, their teams and those aspiring to, or taking, their first steps into leadership. She is an PCC Leadership Coach and Behavioural Analyst. Janine has worked as an educator and leader for 30 years and began coaching over 10 years ago. Janine’s background includes executive coaching, leadership development, building effective teams, facilitation and training, teaching and university lecturing. Janine is an experienced, passionate and focused coach. Her adaptable style allows her to engage at any level of an organisation. She is intuitive with the ability to help her clients to gain clarity around their strengths and challenges and move them forward to successful goal achievement.
