At Coaching for Purpose, we believe that lasting change begins within and it doesn’t happen alone. Creating meaningful impact can often feel isolating and exhausting. That’s why we partner with changemakers and teams to amplify their impact in complexity through three interconnected pillars: • Leadership Development – cultivating conscious, adaptive, and values-driven leadership • Diversity & Inclusion – fostering empathy, belonging, and psychologically safe cultures • Mental Health & Wellbeing – sustaining resilience, energy, and purpose Our work is grounded in evidence-based coaching, systems thinking, and trauma-informed approaches, helping people navigate challenges, restore energy, and unlock their full potential. We aim to create ripple effects that extend from individuals to teams, communities, and society, embedding compassionate, inclusive, and sustainable practices across systems. Founded by Selina Li, an ICF-accredited coach with Master’s degrees in Coaching Psychology and Human Rights Development Studies, she integrates over a decade of experience in government and leadership development with her lived insight as an LGBTQI+ immigrant, neurodivergent mother, and survivor of complex trauma, bringing heart and science together to empower changemakers to thrive. Recognised with an Honourable Mention in the 2025 ICF Coaching Social Impact Awards, we are committed to making coaching accessible and empowering those driving social progress through collaboration, facilitation, and speaking.
