We provide you with an opportunity to discuss the problems your health conditions are causing in your life. Following a full assessment, together we identify a common goal to work towards. Patients’ goals are as individual as they are; some are keen to return to work or sport following injury, others want to be pain-free when bending to pick up their grandchildren or working in the garden. When the initial goal has been achieved, many patients continue to attend at regular intervals, in order to maintain their improved function and pain-free state. Think of it as a spinal check-up, in the same way you have regular dental check-ups to keep your teeth in tiptop condition.
