Coastal Therapy Group is a team of licensed psychologists and psychological associates providing thoughtful, depth-oriented care to individuals, couples, families, and children across North County San Diego. With offices in Encinitas, Carlsbad, and Vista, we offer in-person and virtual therapy to meet our clients where they are. We specialize in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy—approaches that honor the complexity of people’s emotional lives and emphasize the power of a safe, attuned relationship for growth and healing. Our clinicians work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, parenting challenges, grief, and life transitions. We also provide comprehensive psychological testing for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and emotional or behavioral concerns in children and adults.
