I show executives and their team members how to successfully navigate responsibilities and emotions and how to set boundaries. In addition to 15 years of international experience, I bring a customizable toolbox of simple, proven methods, the most important of which is the Soccer Field Model© I developed myself. It is used to define roles and communication rules and is based on inner calm and healthy self-leadership.
