In Cocoa Lab, we produce and trade cocoa butter and powder, which are fundamental materials for the food and cosmetic products industries. We import raw, fermented, organic and non-organic, high-quality cocoa beans, process them to produce natural (alkali-free) butter and cocoa powder. The supply of raw materials in the Greek market until today was carried out exclusively through imports from third countries, European and non-EU, which process the cocoa fruit, with the exception of a large chocolate industry, which uses the produced Products for own use. Cocoa Lab is the first company that aims to cover the gap of the processing of cocoa fruit in the Greek market and supply the market with cocoa derivatives produced in our own country. Our intentions and goals are to maintain both special aroma and qualitative and nutritional characteristics of the cocoa bean and this is the reason why we insist on high-quality natural and alkali-free products.
