We build software development tools to help our customers build high-quality reliable software, accelerate development and deliver great products. Launched in 2019 as a spinout from the University of Oxford, we have developed some of the world’s most advanced scalable formal verification tools to automatically find a broad range of complex software errors that are known to be extremely difficult to eliminate using traditional testing practices alone. Building on this work, we launched our product, Popili, which brings the power of formal verification to developers as part of their everyday workflow. Popili provides a modern development environment for building software, which allows developers to eliminate errors early and quickly, start building their software much earlier than usual, and be confident their code will work reliably in production. Popili also helps developers to make changes at any stage reliably and fast, analyse software running in production, and formalise requirements. We work with companies across sectors, and our tools have already been used to deliver millions of lines of code for some of the world’s most advanced systems.
