Coda Hypnotherapy is owned and managed by Linda McEnaney, a professionally accredited Clinical hypnotherapist passionate about helping people to make positive changes in their lives. Linda uses Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) to help manage stress and anxiety, improve sleep, confidence and self esteem to enable you to take back control. SFH is positive, future focused and uses hypnosis together with psychotherapy to help individuals to help themselves for long lasting change. With a degree in Biochemistry and a fascination for how our brains work, Linda was inspired to train as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. Using neuroscience with hypnosis, changing negative thought patterns to positive, and focusing on solutions, not problems, clients can take back control of their lives. Clients report that they enjoy the experience, and are surprised by how quickly they feel a benefit, often wider than the issue they seek initial help with. With 30+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including senior Quality roles, Linda understands the importance of quality medicinal products whilst recognising the benefit of natural solutions such as SFH on health and wellbeing.
