The story of Code 5 Fitness started way back in 2013, just wanting to help one person with their battle against depression. Although there wasn’t a brand, a company or a gym yet, it was just through friendship, support and genuine care that a company was born. Twelve months later a small personal training studio in brookvale was up and running. That followed with rapid membership growth, rebranding and a move to a larger 500sqm location. By 2018, Code 5 grew to three locations and was established across the Northern Beaches. Now, having over 1500 members, either online or in the gyms we are proud to say we are on the way to impacting lives for the better.
