Code Change are specialist in 'Phygital' digital and physical sales process systems. Our platforms, Sabre, Genesis and Lynx compliantly manage the automotive sales process including part exchange valuation, vehicle selection, test drive, finance, insurance and add-on sales, allowing both the dealer and the customer to co-manage the purchase. Further to this Erandt and Aslan, our eLearning platforms, ensure these systems are used within the regulatory requirements. Formed in 2008, we started as a Digital Agency, honing our skills with large volume consumer driven sites, eCommerce and Registration Systems, and supporting this with design, digital marketing and SEO. We transitioned into custom software development, and in 2012, created Sabre V1, a Finance and Insurance Reporting System, and Sales Process for Selling Regulated Products including DSM, the Deferred Sales Model. In 2017, we launched Sabre V2 / Genesis to the Australian dealer network, building up to over franchised dealers across every marque. Working with Eric Insurance, we offered the only complaint sales system in the Australian market, developed through constant liaison with ASiC and APRA, the regulators. By 2020, the System included 12 manufacturer branded versions. We are now ready to launch Sabre V3 / Lynx to the UK and Australian markets, an end-to-end Phygital Sales Process System, ensuring long-term customer loyalty, and allowing both the customer and dealer to co-manage the sale, compliantly.
