Who is CODE W? CODE W is a networking company with a goal to enhance the awareness and outreach of WOMEN of color in the healthcare industry across communities. Through connecting emerging professionals, executives, and affiliates CODE W aspires to share opportunities on available resources for advancement of educational endeavors, career goals, healthy lifestyle, empowerment, community affiliation, and sisterhood. Mission The mission of CODE W is to enhance relationships between WOMEN of color in the healthcare industry by providing networking opportunities that promotes educational, personal, and professional growth leading to career advancement, diversity, and self fulfillment. Vision The vision of CODE W is to create a healthcare community where Women of color are aware of professional opportunities, are able to advance to administrative/executive roles, recognized for accomplishments, and strengthen the relationship within community programs or services.
