We believe that the technology industry is for everyone and we’re committed to making technology more accessible to women and gender-diverse people. It's no secret that there is a significant gender disparity in the technology industry, so we'd love to be able to support each other in thriving while doing what we love at work. We support this space in three main ways. Meet-ups - We run monthly events to foster opportunities for the community to come together, connect and learn. We run a variety of event formats, most commonly featuring inspiring guest speakers from the community. Podcast - The Breaking the Binary podcast showcases some of the fantastic stories from women and gender-diverse people in the technology industry. It is our chance to amplify these stories and shared learnings. Consulting - We help businesses of all sizes create workplaces that are more accessible for women and gender-diverse people. Our services are bespoke to your needs and extend from initial reviews to assistance in building full-scale programs.
