A conversation between a programmer and a business analyst can often present many challenges. These usually arise from not having established a common language. Of course, improving communication should happen from both sides. But wouldn't a basic understanding of technology by non-technical people help solve some of these problems? Our main goal is to help non-IT individuals better understand IT principles to improve communication with more experienced professionals, such as developers or QA engineers. We assist others in starting their careers in IT and mentor junior professionals to better define their career goals and direction.
