Code Retreat is the perfect balance of mountain retreat, summer camp vibe, engaging workshops, and valuable networking for developers. How it works: A small group of 15 people spends 4 days in a historic building of an old olive mill, renovated into a modern and comfortable hostel by the mountain river. We take our time, enjoy homemade meals prepared by the hosts, hike on nearby mountain trails, discuss life and work, gather around a projector with our laptops, and learn new things. In the evening, we light a campfire in the courtyard, talk about everything under the stars, and relax. We repeat until fully recharged! Then we head home with contacts of new friends, photos of breathtaking mountain views, and a bunch of amazing memories.
