Welcome to CodeWalker Institute. At CodeWalker we mentor software engineers from non-traditional backgrounds and hire them to work on projects for clients like MoveOn, Element 5 and Callisto. We pair our Jr. engineers with a Sr. developer to help them develop their technical and soft-skills, and then transition them into our apprenticeship program with a startup. CodeWalker creates apprenticeship programs for startups built-on agile workflow methodologies, tracking project progress and measuring code velocity on our in-house platform. We provide feedback and we refine - backing our engineering interns and their teams every step of the way.
