We are different in that we combine our deep technical management experience with our long history of serving and understanding impact to diverse and vulnerable communities. We believe that an organization moves itself and its products forward by recognizing where they are, and then agreeing where they are ready to move to. Codices Consulting is rooted in a history of appreciating all cultures and approaches as equal, while concurrently observing emerging trends in industry. Our team has worked in international environments, throughout the United States, and in partnership with vulnerable communities. We strive to equally celebrate all perspectives and backgrounds while understanding the unique culture of each working environment. Based in Austin, Texas, we have a fondness for technology, startups, and food! Not only are these things now a fabric of our city, but we recognize how these cultures are shaping the next wave of the workplace.
