From Bean to Cup/In-House At the heart of our operations is our coffee processing and production infrastructure in Patras. With ISO facilities, we control every stage, from green bean to final brew, ensuring quality, safety, and innovation go hand in hand. Science Meets Taste We invest deeply in sensory and scientific expertise- 7 licensed Q Graders certified through the Evolved Q Grader Program - Trained in sensory analysis, green bean evaluation, and quality control - Ensuring our leadership in specialty coffee excellence We are also active members of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), promoting education, innovation, and professional standards across every level, from farm to franchise.
