Cofincaf is a green coffee Mexican company that is family owned and operated. Sourcing and providing the highest quality of unroasted green coffee beans from almost 3,500 producers across Chiapas, Mexico (of which the majority are smallholder farmers), Cofincaf concentrates its objectives on the national and international specialty coffee market. We offer high altitude certified beans. Grown by Mexican hands and processed under the strictest quality controls, Cofincaf then markets through schemes that allow everyone involved to access the greater benefits in the coffee chain. The special care given to each stage of the coffee production, from farm to cup, allows us to guarantee transparency and traceability.
