Cogent Building Consultancy has been established to provide bespoke, market leading advice, across a range of services to suit clients' individual needs. Our initial emphasis will be on: Technical Due Diligence Project Management / Contract Administration Vendors surveys Development appraisals and Scheme Monitoring Procurement and Project advice Dilapidation At present CogentBC comprises of five partners - Jon Knowles, Paul Hewitt, Max Haycocks, Charlie Brock and Richard Andrews, with a combined professional experience in excess of 100 years. The partners have worked together for many years and are a cohesive team. Each has a slightly different sector specialism/focus, but all share a common aim to put clients' interests first and deliver advice of the highest quality. After a successful third year of trade, the team at CogentBC is expanding and currently comprises nineteen. We aim to continue this strong growth and develop a further team of five or six in 2020. In September 2018 we relocated to our new premises in Bermondsey Street. An exciting move that provided us with additional space and capacity to accommodate the next stage of our growth.
