Cognisphere Solutions Limited (CSL) is incorporated as a public limited company in April 2022. CSL is established on the foundation of nearly four decades of work in climate action and knowledge solutions, the results of which stand as a testimony in different remote areas of India. Cognisphere synthesizes two words viz. cognition and ecosphere. We dream of a planet of harmonious and enlightened existence in all its elements. We desire to contribute to it through climate action and knowledge solutions. Cognisphere intends to develop and apply its expertise on a large scale to change and improve social, economic, and environmental well-being outcomes, especially for the poor and marginalized sections of society. At CSL we have combined unique traits of having deep domain knowledge and the ability to deliver a range of solutions at scale. CSL has deep community connections and comprises of professionals who can develop the most ingenious solutions around the construct of people, climate, and knowledge. CSL currently works on two verticals- Knowledge Vertical and Climate action Vertical. The Climate Action vertical works to intensify actions around climate change mitigation. It offers a range of nature-based solutions anchored with the local communities through proven and time-tested models. These models have been validated by international bodies for carbon sequestration projects and they address a range of issues of concern for both rural communities as well as corporate who have an obligation toward emission offset. Knowledge Solutions vertical offers expert services in the areas of organisational developments (OD), HR systems and processes, programmatic support for monitoring, learning and communication, diagnostic/ exploratory/ baseline/ evaluation studies & surveys, digital knowledge creation and e-learning support. Our experts have had decades of experience anchoring OD, HR, and knowledge functions of respected organisations like PRADAN.
