Cognivibe

CogniVibe is building SANCTUM-CIRCE, decision infrastructure for governed execution. AI and software systems are moving from output to action. They now trigger workflows, update records, route decisions, and operate across increasingly complex environments. But most systems still lack a consistent layer for evaluating whether execution should occur before action is taken. SANCTUM-CIRCE is a cognitive orchestration architecture designed to sit between intelligence and execution. It converts outputs into structured decision requests, evaluates them against defined constraints, permits, modifies, or blocks execution, and records decisions with context for traceability. The current governed-execution demo is a controlled-environment vertical slice of the larger architecture. It demonstrates invocation-governed execution through structured permit, deny, and deny-by-default flows with JSONL audit logging. The broader system is supported by an active international patent process covering invocation-governed execution, trust-based access, and ethical memory retention. Core focus areas: • Decision infrastructure • Governed execution • AI-integrated systems architecture • Invocation-based control • Traceability in automated workflows • Cognitive orchestration across complex software environments Execution is evaluated, not assumed.
