Cohaerentia

Cohaerentia was born in 2014. Its mission is the development, manufacturing and commercialization of innovative measurement systems, based on fiber-optic sensors, for predictive diagnostics and integral or distributed monitoring of complex production lines and relevant industrial or civil products. The optical fiber, minimally invasive, is included or fastened to the monitored structure and used as the transducer element. By analyzing the optical signal propagating into the fiber, the measuring system developed by Cohaerentia provides a real-time continuous monitoring of structural deformations, vibrations, mechanical accelerations, temperature, pressure and electrical currents. Cohaerentia’s technology guarantees minimal invasiveness, mechanical robustness, electromagnetic interference immunity, and versatility.
