Founded in 2011, Cohere Consultants brings together the diverse skill sets of legal, medical, gender, media and communication experts. Cohere Consultants bring together qualified legal professionals and social workers who act as external members for internal committees of companies providing advisory services for inquiries and conciliations and we cover all aspects of documentation, record keeping and report generation. We specialise in conducting workshops for senior management, HR managers, ICC members, line managers and employees on gender discrimination and workplace diversity covering both legal and social aspects. Our corporate services include audit, benchmarking, design and implementation of policies concerning diversity and inclusion, workplace sexual harassment, maternity benefit and child-care. We also design engagements and legal policies specific to inclusion of LGBTQ+ and disability issues in the organizational agenda. Our clients include top names like Accenture, CHOICe, Hero, HSBC, Vishal Megamart and Zomato. We also advise the UNDP and the ILO as well as the NGOs such as Oxfam India. The Ministry of Labour and Employment through its research arm, the V. V. Giri National Labour Institute has recently identified Cohere Consultants as a partner for verifying and documenting trends and good practices in maternity and crèche facilities across India. We are empanelled trainers on protection of children from sexual offences and sexual harassment in the workplace for the CBI Academy, Ghaziabad and Police Training Academy, Delhi and NLI.
