Design: Our team of designers will bring your new home or commercial project to life through conceptual drawings and 3d rendered images and renders. We design residential, commercial and industrial projects that are customised and fit for purpose. Obtaining consent is straightforward and stress free – we make the application on your behalf, obtaining a building consent and resource consent - providing you with a fully consented set of plans. Estimate and Pricing: Our Quantity Surveyors are NQIQS members and are experienced in providing feasibility reports, budgetary estimates and contract/tender pricing and submissions. They can work with you through the design process and provide value engineering along the way. Our past clients have said that by engaging a quantity surveyor in the process, they feel more knowledgeable and in control of the costs associated with their build and this can provide extra assurance to developers, insurers or mortgage brokers. Build and Manage: Our construction team are employed on a permanent basis, which includes everyone from our apprentices, builders and foremen. This ensures you see the same faces on your site every day onsite. Our project and construction management team ensure every site’s health and safety and environmental operations are compliant. Regular meetings, reports and programmes are supplied to clients along the way to ensure open and honest communication.
