Our mission: to provide the highest value for coding camp students at the low end of the price range for shared rooms in SF. • CohortX is the only shared living community in SF exclusive for coding camp students, meaning no random roommates from Craigslist or Airbnb • I personally interview each student before accepting them to CohortX • We consistently have large App Academy and Hack Reactor groups which means more students to share transportation, food, and assignments • We offer discounts for groups of 5+ in the same cohort • CohortX is a full house, not a dormitory, so you will have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, high efficiency washer & dryer (free, not coin operated), and the bathroom ratio is only 5 people/bathroom • We strictly enforce no drinking/smoking/drugs/parties/visitors to keep the home clean, quiet, and profession • We hire professional cleaners to clean the entire house twice per week, every Monday and Friday • Each floor has the fastest Wi-Fi network available (1GB!) and only 10 people/network • We have secure bike parking
