Our core competence includes both large and small custom-made compression springs, disc springs, extension springs, torsion springs and wave springs. Our modular cell processing includes both automated and manual CNC controlled single and dual point coiling equipment. This allows us to cold coil and produce springs with material diameters up to 2.5"(65 mm), 24"(600 mm) outside diameter and lengths up 72"(1.8 m). CTI manufacturing services also includes metal fabrication, stampings, wire forms, heat treating and powder coating. Coiling Technologies, Inc. is an ISO 9001 DNV certified company.
