November 2001. Rue de Sèze - near Place de la Madeleine in Paris: the cojean adventure begins with the challenge of combining quality cuisine and fast food. Through inventiveness, motivated teams and bold bets, over 20 years have passed since our beginnings. These are years in which we have always taken care to offer our customers balanced, innovative cuisine, served in our signature sky-blue premises, where our teams welcome each and every customer with a smile. Cojean is a little bubble, a magical world in which to eat well, with fresh, seasonal produce. Our credo: always gourmet and quality! From breakfast to afternoon tea, our recipes are tasty, balanced, sometimes original, and above all made with ingredients sourced for their quality and/or their history. At cojean, we cook! It's in our kitchens every day that we create our recipes, and ensure meticulous quality control. And commitments are important to us! A menu that changes with each season and choice for everyone: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, organic and fair-trade coffee, organic fruit and vegetables for our soups, seafood from sustainable fishing, sourcing that tends towards 100% clean label (without controversial additives), reusable packaging, redistribution of our unsold products every evening, etc. In 2019, we were honored to be the first fast food company in France to be certified B - CORP. And in 2023, we'll be even happier to be re-certified against a standard that gets stronger every year. Finally, cojean is all about smiles! Our teams from all horizons (nearly 50 nationalities are represented) are united by a common passion: a sense of service and the benevolence of advancing together for their customers.
