With a strong focus on vision and mission alignment, collaboration, and community impact, the team at coLAB works to help organizations look at what is possible rather than focusing on what isn’t. This approach empowers organizations to successfully identify and tackle strategic priorities in both a high level and tactical way. We collaborate with local and national Community Benefit Organizations to help them navigate board dynamics, and we support community benefit leaders to facilitate and guide sound decision-making.
