Colan Consult

The establishment of Colan is a response to the need expressed by district, municipal and metropolitan assemblies to meet their aspirations regarding project preparation and development and, ancillary technical support services in the area of water supply and environmental sanitation, and municipal engineering. Colan Consult started from humble beginnings in 1989 as Temperance Environmental Services providing turnkey services in waste management to institutions and individual premises in urban and peri-urban communities in Accra, Koforidua and Kumasi. It became fully incorporated as a consultancy firm in 1994, specialising in the areas of community water supply, environmental sanitation and municipal engineering with special emphasis on municipal and industrial waste management and disposal. Colan Consult undertakes consultancy services with the following objectives: Client satisfaction In compliance with environmental standards and guidelines provided by government regulatory agencies Efficient and effective company work standards and practices In order to achieve these objectives, the company’s policy has been to engage the services of qualified and experienced professionals to undertake assignments in a well-planned, integrated and cost effective manner. Colan Consult has successfully undertaken various projects in both urban and rural communities.
