Colby Emergency Response
CER is a student-run first-responder organization that provides free, 24/7 emergency medical coverage to the Colby College campus. Crew members may also transfer care to Delta Ambulance, Waterville Fire & EMS, or another medical facility as needed. All CER members are Maine-licensed EMTs that operate at the basic level. CER provides regular opportunities for members and non-members to obtain continuing education and additional training in the emergency medical field.
