Cole Waterhouse evolved from three groups of individuals who saw the potential synergy in bringing together their respective specialisms and experience in real estate development, law & finance. With a well-established track record of originating deals, securing finance, achieving complex planning consents and managing projects to completion, Cole Waterhouse have been able to deliver medium to large mixed-use residential schemes, primarily in Manchester and London. The firm is committed to delivering cost effective projects using quality design that enhances the surrounding environment and community. We deliberately choose to work on a small number of significantly sized projects which we can then carefully manage and control. We prefer to identify non-prime areas and off market opportunities where we see the potential to unlock opportunity and growth.
