Colean Realty, Inc. has been serving Port St, Lucie, St. Lucie West, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Palm City, and Traditions for over 38 years in the same location. The company started as the dream of Marlene & Dale Colean when Port St. Lucie had a population of residents. When they built the office on U.S.#1, there were only orange groves surrounding the area, and the Shell Bazaar was the only other large building within five miles of the office. They started as an ERA franchise, then became a CENTURY 21 office for over 24 years. In 2011, the family decided to go independent and are looking forward to another 38 years serving the area's real estate needs. Dale & Marlene raised their son, Brad Colean, in the office. This gave Brad a unique view on real estate, watching agents over the years succeed or fail and learning from those experiences. From a toddler running around the office, to one of the top real estate agents in Port St. Lucie for many years, the company has now been passed on to Brad.
