Established by our principal Ian Hobson, previously a commercial property lawyer for 14 years, the business has built an extensive network of clients and industry contacts. As developers and consultants, we remain focused on the risks and opportunities inherent in every project, understanding the commercial pressures and objectives that arise in property development.
