Colfuture

ColFuture is an organization dedicated to do annual missions by reaching a different city of Colombia. These missions consist of giving away school supplies to children in need and victims of violence to raise awareness of the significance of education and to inspire children to dream of a better tomorrow. We are Miami-based and fundraise throughout the year. We host different events to collect at least a hundred school supplies and make the ColFuture missions possible every December. Our path of helping others started in 2012 when we had our first mission at Bello Oriente - Medellin, Colombia. Our second year happened in 2013 when we visited Charco Azul in the District of Agua Blanca in Cali, Colombia. In 2014 we visited Barlovento, Barranquilla and we are now excited for our 2015 Capunganá, Chocó mision and future Colfuture missions! At ColFuture we’re passionate about making a difference. We not only focus on raising awareness on education, but also transmitting a message of hope and example. Our volunteers spend the whole day with the kids doing fun activities, sharing inspirational stories and motivating them to stay in school. We mold leaders who can make a change in the lives of others and it's all possible because of our supporters!
