The District works with its members to implement programs designed to enhance and improve Coliseum Central in areas such as physical appearance of the District, improving the level of safety and security of the District and marketing to promote events and other activities. Conveniently located at the intersection of I-64 and I-664, situated halfway between Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Coliseum Central includes Bass Pro Shops, Lowes, Peninsula Town Center, Target, J.C. Penney and so many more stores, restaurants and specialty services.
