Collaborative Consulting is a boutique consultancy dedicated to creating a better system of health. We help our clients identify and activate change strategies to meet the evolving needs of the people they serve, adapt to new environments, and create the conditions to improve health at the source. We work with organizations that deliver or invest in healthcare, public health, and human services, including foundations, national associations, community-based organizations, government entities, and healthcare providers and payers. Our approach combines assessment, collaboration, strategy, research, and implementation. We move beyond the limitations of traditional consulting approaches, where the focus is too often on the consultant as the expert. Instead, we place more value on facilitating substantive dialogues, cultivating creativity and possibility, and supporting clients to expand their capacity to act on their ideas. This leads to longer-lasting change embedded in our clients’ organizations and initiatives. We design each project to fuel creative thinking and doing and are especially skilled at: • Engaging multi-stakeholder groups to identify trends, opportunities, models of change, and potential strategies. • Distilling and applying qualitative and quantitative research insights to develop and advance change strategies. • Integrating diverse perspectives and facilitating dialogue to help clients arrive at decisions and act on them. • Building frameworks and designing processes that support clients in translating strategy into action and navigating the change necessary to reach their desired future.
