Collaborative Counseling & Nutrition is an outpatient nutrition and body image counseling center in Indianapolis and Carmel formerly known as Mindful Me & Renovate Your Plate. Collaborative Counseling & Nutrition provides compassionate, holistic eating disorder treatment in Indiana. Through practicing mindfulness, intuition, and Health At Every Size®, we are on a mission to help you find a true state of well-being! Our team of registered dietitians and therapists will guide you towards a way of healthy living designed by you, just for you! Services offered: Therapy Sessions- This is an opportunity to work with a professional to help explore body image and food-related struggles. Dietitian Sessions- This is an opportunity to work together with one of our registered dietitians. Whether you want to build a healthy relationship with food, enhance general nutrition, or address a disease, we can help! Recovery Coach Sessions- This is an opportunity to work with a Recovery Coach for added support in your recovery journey.
