Collaborative Parent Leadership Action Network Cplan

CPLAN (Collaborative Parent Leadership Action Network) is an educational advocacy organization led by parents of color, using their lived experience to inform decision making bodies towards racial equity in education through collaboration across sectors. By developing parents as student advocates and school district leaders, they can partner with community members, educators, school administrators, and legislators to co-design or inform work on equitable policies and practices in education. Using our leadership and advocacy skills, CPLAN parents inform, influence, and empower parent leaders to work towards educational equity, creating innovative and impactful change for all students.
