CityWorks People + Places, Inc (formerly Collaborative Services) is an award-winning public involvement and design firm located in California. Our engagement-side of the house helps public agencies, utilities, and community-based organizations and community members develop strategic communications and involvement programs to help people share information, build agreements, change behaviors and improve the community. Issues we work on include: natural resource management such as water conservation and storm water pollution prevention, infrastructure planning and construction, urban and transportation planning, and economic development.
