Collective Form (based in West Hollywood, California) connects architects, interior designers and developers with Europe’s most celebrated furniture, lighting and home furnishing luxury brands. Our principals, Aden Lima and Will Nguyen, have an intimate knowledge of the high-end North American luxury market and its operations. With a reputation for attentive and personal service, Collective Form ensures that clients’ interests are represented from initial concept to the finished product. Complete, end-to-end customer satisfaction is our mission. Will Nguyen has exclusively represented global luxury brands and has extensive experience working with highly exacting clientele. Before co-founding Collective Form, Will managed and opened new showrooms in the west coast for Moura Starr International. Prior to that, he worked at Ralph Pucci International, assisting with the opening of the west coast division and expanding their footprint with key design accounts. Will began his career with Williams-Sonoma, after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin. Aden Lima got his start in Brazil managing the quality control of the factory as well as the international accounts. He then relocated to Los Angeles where he was Operations Manager for Moura Starr International for six years. With a ground-level expertise in the global premium furniture market, Aden works with clients to ensure the placement, on-time delivery, and quality of their orders.
