In Europe, Collegiate AC Group work as an integrated development and operating platform, focusing on class-leading, resort-scale, residences for students and recent graduates that stand at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the student experience. These resort-scale residences are located in historic university cities, backed by value-add and core investors depending on the project phase. Collegiate AC Group already has over of these new generation apartments completed or in active development, primarily in Italy, and is working on pipeline to exceed apartments in development over the coming years.
