Our company specialises in carefully selected self-catering holiday rental properties with private pools in Tuscany and beyond. Founded in 1989, Collichiari Resort Srl is based in the Mugello region north of Florence, not far from the Racing Circuit owned by Ferrari. We started out with one clear intention: to promote tourism in an area rich in charm but little-known on an international level. The majestic beauty of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines and the gentle hills of the Mugello coupled with historical villas with a romantic lived-in style and farmhouses which have been lovingly restored by their owners makes this an area that keeps guests returning year after year. Dedication, tenacity and professionalism have allowed us to grow over time and from 1995 onwards, we entered into successful partnerships with some of the best-known national and international brands in the vacation rental industry. By the end of the 1990s, we were ready to broaden our horizons and extend further afield, initially expanding into other areas of Tuscany and then beyond into Umbria, Lazio and the Amalfi Coast. More recently, in 2022, Collichiari Resort acquired Villa Toscana Srl, further enriching the company's portfolio with villas throughout the province of Pisa, parts of the Lucca and Siena areas and the Tuscan coast. We provide guests with professional assistance, from the first contact to the end of their vacation, thanks to our experienced, attentive staff. We believe in concentrating on quality rather than quantity, and offer a selection of hand-picked properties that guarantee a memorable and stress-free experience. We personally inspect all properties to ensure the highest standards. At the same time, as our many long-lasting relationships can testify, we are commited to providing the best possible service for our property owners and managers, organising photo shoots and promoting extensively not only through our own website but also through our affiliates and other channels.
