The Collins Residential Group is a branch of what was originally known as H Collins & Son, that still has strong family ties with the entrepreneurial spirit of the Collins family dating back four generations to 1904. Originally having started as a reputable Pietermaritzburg-based construction company, the business evolved into the commercial and industrial property space. In more recent times embarked on a tactical expansion into the residential property, hospitality, and agricultural sectors, redefining its future while honouring the roots of its successful past. Collins Residential has perfected the art of creating communities where places, people, and purpose matter. With a core value of environmental rehabilitation, preservation, and care under-pinning all property development activity, each development is extensively researched, and delivered in an innovative offering that sets their property projects apart. These range from fishing charters in the wildest heart of Africa through to a number of luxury camps in Botswana and Zimbabwe, raw and earthy beach adventures in verdant Pondoland to the tranquility of crystal-clear waters on a private island in the Indian Ocean archipelago of Alphonse Island in the Seychelles.
